The staff on duty the day we were in were fantastic, explaining all that was happening or about to happen, my son collected new glasses and both my wife and myself had eye tests, my son had an eye test before Christmas and again the staff were second to none then, I trust boots optician to give me an eye test and advice. I do not feel they are just trying to sell me glasses. 5 stars, will recommend to anyone and everyone. I

We came for an eye test for my 6 year old daughter. The test took 1 hour and I didn't find the optometrist child friendly at all, she asked questions like she was talking to an adult and I could tell my daughter wasn't at ease. By the end my daughter had to seat still for 20 minutes and I could see the optometrist was getting frustrated because my daughter wasn't following her direction correctly. I definitly won't be back and won't recommend it to my friends.
